Lost Package

Hi! I think my package got stolen. I live in an apartment building and the delivery driver left my package on the floor infront of my mailbox. My package got delivered while I was at work and when I came home, it was gone! Whenever I buy something online it usually gets delivered to my door on my floor, so I was a bit shocked to see that they left it on the main level floor like that. Is there anyway I can get reimbursed or sent another product?
