Amazing shipping time, but missing samples :(

First off, I am impressed with Sephora's 2day shipping of my recent purchase!  However, both of my samples are missing (they don't even show up on my packing slip).


I know I'm only a Beauty Insider and two little samples are no big deal in the grand scheme of things but, considering the amount of money spent, and the fact that we can't add on a promo code if using the Insider promotion (which is silly - Insider discounts should automatically be applied once you've signed in), this is disappointing.  Please ask your packers to make sure they are distributing exactly what has been ordered.  It's a small thing, but it means a lot.
