Wrong or missing samples EVERY TIME!!!

What good are getting points for missing or incorrect samples if I get so frustrated I don't want to buy at Sephora anymore?

 

Because after this next order comes in and I bet you a million dollars it'll have the wrong samples or none at all AGAIN, that I'd rather pay off my card and call it quits with this company. I think Sephora can more than afford to ship me the samples I asked for instead of the pitiful 25 measly points credited when it takes 500 to get a discount of any kind? NOT WORTH IT. NOT EVEN CLOSE.

@Sophidilly  I'm sorry to hear about this and can understand your frustration! Please note that substitutions will be made for out-of-stock samples. If you do not receive any samples at all in your next order, please send me a private message with your order number so I can further assist. You will first need to adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app), as it looks like your private messages are turned off. Thank you.
