@Nuwc1998 @Mochapj Thank you both! I'm torn. I initially wanted these but now I'm afraid there may be no reason since I own all the \"dupes\". To confirm, are these the duped shades: Visionaire Shade 1. Golden Mink Shade 2. Disco Dust Shade 3. Arabesque Shade 4. Golden Mink Meteoric Shade 1. Silvered Topaz? Shade 2. Seductive Rose Shade 3. Sous Le Sable Shade 4. ??

@CkittyoDepending on which way you work around the quad, your comparisons are correct. The shades aren't 100% identical (as TF has proven impossible to do ever before), but are clearly "supposed" to be. You'll never know the difference on the eyes.

I enjoy having both, though I have all the other quads, simply because I adore the color combinations together and I enjoy collecting all of the quads. If you already have the duped colors, though, the only truly new shade is the 4th in Meteoric. It's nice not to have to pull 3 quads to get the Meteoric look.

@CkittyoThey aren't 100% identical but you can tell they tried to be. The back coloring of the celestial in Seductive Rose is minutely more lilac (and therefore Meteoric slightly more silver), but it's hardly noticeable in pan and entirely irrelevant once on the eye. For all intents and purposes, they are the same.

I just ordered the Meteoric eye color quad but I don't no whether to thank you or be mad at you for letting us know it was available at Tom Ford. It was out of mind but once I found out it was available I had to get it! Thank God I am not interested in Visionaire at all it is way too similar to two of his other eye shadow palettes. It is also very pretty but I own all of his other palettes except for three of his newer quads that did not receive any good reviews so I skipped the purchase. If you don't own anything like Visionaire I would pick it up because it is very pretty.

Thx for posting @Nuwc1998. I think I’m going to wait until it gets to either Sephora or Nordstrom. It’s easier to request replacement if palette arrives broken 😘

@blackkitty2014I definitely understand that! It took TF direct a MONTH to refund me for my broken Rose Cashmere. They were more than helpful on the phone, but the payment processing took ages.

That said, these two palettes aren't in that wet-dry formula, and I haven't had any issues with them shattering/popping out before.

This is how my Rose Cashmere arrived. It got tossed in a box without receipt nor padding I make Nordstrom send a replacement. We’ll see 😂 🤣

Nordstrom is such a lost cause with them changing their packaging of fragile makeup! A couple of years ago I contacted them three times for them sending me out a large eye shadow palette that arrived three times broken and caused a huge mess each time I would open the box to take it out. After the third attempt I requested a refund and purchased else where and it arrived the first time in perfect condition. 

I have called them many times complaining about the way they package makeup and each time customer service gives the same lip service we take this very seriously and we will contact the packaging and shipping department.

I can't even count how many times I have complained yet my packages arrive thrown in a box with no bubble wrap. I take a deep breath every time before opening.

If any other store were selling this palette I would order from them before ordering from Nordstrom, unfortunately I was told by Tom Ford it is exclusive to Nordstrom.

@Ria0215 Yes I think these will be exclusive at Nordstrom for probably couple months. I think what they did is to find the closest Nordstrom store has the item in stock and ship them from there. I ordered a palette liked this from Neiman Marcus and it was broken completely. They couldn’t even replace it because it was OOS. I really don’t know what these retailers thinking. Even if they bought it for 1/3 price but have 50% of products returned, they’re loosing money. Sigh!

I'm so sorry your palette arrived broken @blackkitty2014 That is so heart breaking when you are looking forward to it. Hopefully the replacement palette will hold up during shipment. I can not understand why different companies ship expensive palettes and makeup items this way ( no padding )
