Mel Thompson posted a video showing all 5 new TF quads with a discussion about them at the end. There was a caution about the performance of certain quads.

Thx @TraceyEB . I just went and watch it. $$$ saved. I don’t particularly crazy about neutral and this just re confirm that I don need them, I might pick up Noir Fume in the future if it gets a thumb up from @Mochapj 😘😍🥰

Does anyone know if any of the new quads is supposed to be analagous to Iris Bronze? De La Creme maybe?

Iris Bronze was purposefully constructed from top cohesive shades from the Eyes of Tom Ford collection exclusively for Nordstrom (Hush, Body Double, Iris Bronze, Videotape). De la Creme is all new colors, significantly warmer in tone, and has two mattes/two sheens. Iris Bronze was all sheens, though Videotape arguably looked matte on the eyes. Of the five new quad additions, the only repeats/similar colors are the three of Mink Mirage (virtually identical on the eyes to three from Cocoa Mirage, though different bc of the different pressing/feeling of the newer matte texture); and the sheens in Arabesque (similar - but not identical to, nor attempting to be identical to - those in Golden Mink).

@Sunnysmomhere are Mink Mirage (forgot I also ordered that one) and Noir Fumé. Have compared MM to Cocoa Mirage for curiousity’s sake; old version has one satin and is warmer, new version is all mattes. Really loving the look of NF, the shades are gorgeously dirty/sooty.

I haven't been interested in any of the new quads for the price they are very poor quality except for mink mirage; I have two of The Coco Mirage quads one is a backup & I haven't even touched it yet. I like Coco Mirage a lot better then Mink Mirage but if you don't have it; Mink Mirage is the only decent one and the most similar. I did swatches of all the new quads in store and I wasn't impressed with the formula for most of the shades so a definite skip. At 88 dollars to like one or two shades out of 4 is a definite NO.

Oh that’s too bad @Ria0215 . I feel like Noir Fumee is quite special and I have used all 4 of them already quite a bit. The bronzey shade is amazing and texture and pigment is so good. I do know what you mean tho and feel that way about some of TF other quads. 💞

@Winthrop44 no, I wouldn't say so. It's more like a light bronze and the other satin is a more coppery bronze.
