It's kind of crazy considering they belong to EL now so there isn't even that excuse @IttyxBittyxMe seeing how often they've been recycling other formulas maybe there's a dupe for this foundation in one of the other EL ranges.

@makeitup305  one of the IG makeup accounts I follow mentioned it looked like a certain MAC formula; I don't follow MAC and I can't remember the exact name but it was 'Water...' something.

@Mochapj I checked, and even though it's not identical, it has very similar ingredients to the MAC Studio Waterweight SPF 30 Foundation, including some of the ingredients they are touting as beneficial (apple, watermelon, and lentil extract) which are about the same amount down on the ingredient list. Shame Shame TF!

Compared Thrust to a few older shades; is basically a sparklier version of Snowdon. There was an old Soleil Lip Foil (Spanish Flame, perhaps?) that I think is probably also similar, but I don’t own any of those

@fiercestpoodle that... that is exactly my case 😉 I went back and forth on Snowdon ... and never pull a trigger on it...I think this is better.  If @Mochapj comes back with an approve stamp, i think i would get it 🙂  In other notes, i really hope they bring the sparkle coral shades to North America 🙂

@blackkitty2014  @fiercestpoodle  I am honestly pleasantly surprised by it.

I think because Thrust isn't as opaque as some of the others, it's a little more flattering and wearable, but it's tough to say for sure having not swatched any of the others myself. Based on the online swatch photos I've seen and my experience with Thrust, I think most of those people have done multiple passes to show that kind of opacity on the arm. 

I only wore Thrust briefly yesterday when I took those lip swatch photos so I'm not comfortable commenting on long term wear yet, but I put it on again this morning to see how it does overall. Texture-wise it's all I could ask for from a sparkly lipstick because it doesn't feel like a sparkly lipstick. And this particular shade isn't emphasizing lip lines or texture in any sort of gross ways either. Will come back later to let you know how it did long term.

@BeansCat  If you have the option to, I’d highly recommend it. My counters don’t have testers so it was buy blind or not at all.

@BeansCat  I’ve only tried one other version of this glitter lips idea (PMG Starglaze) so that’s what I was basing my comparison and expectations on.

i hated Starglaze because the shade I bought felt gritty and sandy on my lips. This particular TF shade (can’t speak for the others) glides on smoothly and I don’t feel any texture at all. But it’s also sort of misleading; the bullet makes it look like it should be brown and sparkly but there isn’t a lot of base colour to it so when you swipe it on, you get a tiny bit of colour and a lot of sparkle reflectiveness. By comparison, Starglaze is really pigmented but rough and gritty.

overall it’s a lot better than I was expecting. I need to try wearing it for longer to see if it has any downsides, though.

Looking at Temptalia's lip swatches, look liked you picked the best color there @Mochapj .  Thx so much for the feedback of how it wears on the lip.  I think i want to wait until more colors avail in the US and maybe pick up 1 to try out 🙂 Edit: unless we dont get any other colors then i'll pick up Clash 😉

@Mochapj are these strictly highlighter or highligher/blushers?  Remember Softcore and Stroke? I wish TF would come out with those in different shades.  I love those... i just put them away so i wont pan them ... and i kinda forget about them 😉

@blackkitty2014  I’m actually not sure what they’re supposed to be. This one looks like a highlight and blush, because I can’t imagine the bottom shade being a highlighter even on the deepest of skintones. It does remind me of Softcore and Stroked too, though 😊

the other new one looks like a highlighter and contour or bronzer to me?
