@Mochapj I ordered that one (Flicker) from Nordstrom yesterday. The item description says Flicker, but the product picture incorrectly shows Incandescent (the darker of the 2 new ones.) Online chat rep assured me that I would be receiving Flicker - the one with the coral tone. She said she'd put in a note to the web team to correct the online photo. My order confirmation shows the correct image for Flicker.

It will be here this week!

@fiercestpoodle  It turns out the photo I posted from IG yesterday isn’t Flicker. The IG user didn’t have the palette in her possession so she was just guessing the name when I asked her which one it was

I saw another user (beautygypsy) post in her stories that she received the brown one in PR; she showed the label and it was Flicker ☹️

@Mochapj Mine still hasn't shipped, (i was given a tracking number on Thursday, but it still hasn't moved) so I am wondering what is going on with this item as well.

Whenever it arrives, I'll update. (And will be returning if I receive the all brown combo.)

@Mochapj Tom Ford website shows "Flicker" as the brown duo as well. Sigh. Oh well, I guess it will be making a round-trip back to Nordstrom whenever it does finally show up.

@Mochapj Hello everyone! Just wanted to confirm that "Flicker" is indeed the brown duo. I was able to see it in person in Sak's yesterday.

Sak's had not yet received the Incandescent duos, but were expecting them in-store this week. They will be calling me when it arrives. After seeing the service/detail that is available at Sak's, I am even more envious of those of you who live near decent shopping. While I was at Tom Ford, My DH went to the Guerlain counter, and was playing with the lipsticks - he was shocked that I did not own any of those beauties - apparently he would be a sucker for pretty packaging.  😃

Coincidentally, I also received my order from Nordstrom, which unfortunately was truly Flicker, and not the "coral/pink" combo I was assured I would receive.

To reiterate: "Incandescent" is the duo with the coral/pink shade.

@fiercestpoodle I wasn't sure which was which; the original photo I found on IG last month of the dark brown one was labeled Flicker, but then Saks had the photo of Flicker as the coral toned one.

@Mochapj Bloomingdale's has all 3 pictured properly on their site. I ordered Flicker intending on ordering the champagne/coral combo - that better be the one I receive!!!

@KNC24  there’s 20 shades total but the jump between medium and deep/rich is really dramatic and one I don’t understand. That said, TF has never really had the greatest range for inclusivity, so I’m not all that surprised, TBH
