My Ulta has MAC, but it has a limited selection.   So, I went to MAC at Macy's and was surprised that the blush selection wasn't bigger.  Now I'm frustrated that I can't swatch more shades, like Into the Pink.   I don't see myself traveling to a far and away store.

I'm sorry to hear that, @greeneyedgirl107 !  You could post a request for a swatch on the THE SWATCH REQUEST THREAD !  or maybe @SportyGirly125 has this shade.  I know it's not the same as swatching it on yourself, but it would at least give you an initial impression.

@SportyGirly125 no problem - thank you for checking!  I stopped by the counter again today and found a cache of blush testers (about a dozen) hidden behind a pull out display.   I guess the SA yesterday was mistaken when I asked if there were more testers and he said no.  The SA today confirmed that they had Into the Pink for sale but no testers.   She sd she couldn't make a new tester because there were only two left.  I hadn't expected her to (the thought hadn't even crossed my mind)...but now I'm wondering if maybe that should be an option...

@Titian06 good point!  I looked for dupes on Temptalia and it said it's similar to Haus Labs rose quartz, but who knows.

I went to Ulta on July 5th and they refused to give me a birthday gift - my birthday is late June. So annoying! I may try again but Sephora has never declined to give a birthday gift in store even months later!

I ordered Davines LOVE Smoothing Conditioner for Frizzy Hair 8.76 oz/ 250 ml from Target because they give you 90 days to try a product which i prefer over Sephora's 30 days.  I tried it and was mixed. My hair laid down smoother in that it has less volume which I love because my hair is very voluminous.  The top layer didn't feel smooth and actually felt a little rough.  The under layers felt soft.  I wouldn't say my hair was noticeably sleeker.   I thought the smoothing effect kinda came and went.  But I just felt like something was off.  

I was going through the product details on Sephora's page and realized my tub was square and not round.  And the ingredients were different.   It took a lot of poking around for a site that featured Davines so I could look up the batch number. Well, it was made in 2020.  The tub wasn't sealed great, and the product felt gummy but I also read it was thick.  

Long story short, I didn't think much of Target partnering with third parties, but now I do!  I'll be returning it, and am trying to let Beacon Beauty Center know that this isn't OK.

I am planning on trying the product from Sephora or Nordstrom...and hoping for better results.

Wow, this is so weird, @greeneyedgirl107! My hairdresser has used the Love conditioner on me and I liked it but I haven’t purchased a tub yet. Thank you for the warning!! (P.S. I’m sorry I didn’t see this post for so long!)

Target is not a certified retailer of Davines - so the product you bought was old and could be expired/was damaged

@GPoko Target sells it through a third party, Beacon Beauty Counter.  I'm checking with Davines to see if BBC is a licensed seller.  Meanwhile, I checked the batch number and it was made in 2020!

I tried out a new hair mask and it's kinda hard to tell the results because it's been so rainy/humid.

I sooo understand, @greeneyedgirl107 !  I used a hair styling product today that I haven't used in ages.  My hair got very wet from the rain.  Now it feels like a helmet! 🤣
