I would recommend using the salycic acid more regularly, but in sensible amounts. I would personally purchase a cleanser for non-oily skin types too. CeraVe has a lot of choices for oily skin types. The Paula's Choice CLEAR Anti-Redness Exfoliating Solution with 2% Salicylic Acid 4 oz/ 118 mL for salicylic acid. It's on the more expensive side, but it has a lot of good reviews. It can be harsh on the skin of you use it in large amounts, so be careful! Check with your parent/guardian before buying any products with unknown chemicals and vitamins! It could potentially burn and/or damage your skin. If you keep having skin issues, talk to you parent/guardian about consulting a dermatologist. Hope this helps!

I would not recommend most drunk elephant products. Yet, there are some really great and retinol-free products out there. I would personally recommend the Drunk Elephant Protini™ Polypeptide Firming Refillable Moisturizer, Drunk Elephant Mini Lala Retro™ Nourishing Whipped Refillable Moisturizer 0.5 oz / 15 mL, and the Drunk Elephant Bora Barrier Rich Repair Cream with 6-Butterlipid Complex 1.69 oz / 50 mL. Not sure if you wanted moisturizer or what, but these 3 would definitely be a good choice for ongoing trends and retinol free drunk elephant products! Hope this helped!

@Decker3755 It’s typically suggested that those with wavy hair use a wide tooth comb rather than a brush so try that out first along with scrunching and see if you notice a difference in definition. If you notice a difference and want to take it a step further with experimenting with products, my hair isn’t wavy in particular but i can give some recommendations where i’ve seen/read mostly good things coming from people with wavy hair specifically (and not just because the person using the product was sponsored 💀). A good place to start would be a leave in conditioner. A LOT or people on reddit said the L’Oreal No Haircut Cream Leave in was really good and didn’t weigh their hair down. The Eva Nyc H2-woah hydrating leave in conditioner Blueberry Bliss Reparative leave in conditioner Whichever one you get, apply while your hair is still wet and scrunch after. Now if you do all of that and still have the same results of some parts of your hair being wavy and some parts being straight, then that very well could just be how your hair texture is!

If I’m not wanting a huge fancy skincare routine the Glow Recipe toner and mist are definitely my favorite! If you are on the edge for spending the money on these I’d say its worth it. The mist has a very fruity watermelon smell to it and the toner is super refreshing!

Juliette Has a Gun Vanilla Vibes its the perfect beachy vanilla. it’s literally like someone pour vanilla into a bowl of solar floral scents and it’s goes from day to night extremely easy. Warm and Inviting but bright. Unfortunately the staying power isn’t the greatest so I have to do some layering but it’s totally worth it.
