The Mayo Clinic says feeling thankful can improve sleep, mood and immunity, while decreasing depression and anxiety. To remind us all to have an “attitude of gratitude,” I thought it would be fun to make a thread where everyone can share the things they’re thankful for. What (or who) are you grateful for today?
