@Sunnysmom I'm way more sensitive to the effects of caffeine than I used to be. And, with a more sluggish digestive system, there's no telling how to time my supplements. So I think you may be onto something with the chocolate. I've never seen decaf chocolate, have you?Yikes- according to the FDA a 3.5 oz chocolate bar can contain about the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee! For some reason I can't download the article.

By the way, I have thick straight hair, if that makes a difference!

I bought the new Sol de Janiero limited edition fragrance, Beijos de Sol, and the Summer Fridays lip oil in the shade Pink Cloud, and they are both super nice! The fragrance mist is the perfect summer scent! It smells like coconuts and peaches, just like how it is described, and it lasts long, too! Hi Lexiee, if ur looking for some clean girl aesthetic, i have a few pointers. 1. (skincare wise) i have really baf under eye bags, so i use the Bubble Morning Rays Brightening Eye Cream. I find it helps alot (idk if it's at sephora, i got it at ulta) 2. Try not to over do it on serums (my max is about 3). I find if i use more than 3 my skin gets out of wack. Also try not too use serums that clash with eachother. 3. Use a toner treatment essence (only recommendation) ever since i've been using my PEACH & LILY toner essence my skin has never felt better tbh (don't kno if it's at Sephora, boight at Ulta) 4 On days you have an extremly oily t-zone (forehead, nose, and chin) i use a mattifying primer, specifically the Pore Eclipse one my MILK MAKEUP That's all the tips i can name off the top of my head, hope it helps!
