I ordered a couple of fragrances that came broken inside boxes which were completely torn too. The beauty advisor says that - "I have attempted to process your rshipment for you, but this was rejected by the system. This is because we have assisted in previous instances on this account, and we will not accommodate for issues with this order. Unfortunately, this is a final business decision made by Sephora on your account, and cannot be submitted for further review." This looks more like a pacakging and shipping issue to me and is not something I can control. I was ready to send pictures of the product but the advisor wouldnt agree. Insteas I was asked to carry the broken pieces of glass to a loval store for an exhange maybe. This is very disappointing. Previously Sephora delivered one of my orders to the usps store rather than my home which was highly inconvenient for me. Ordering online on Sephora seems like a pain at this point
