Please add product id numbers and sku numbers so people can find items on ulta.  

Just to clarify, there is an item number that Ulta lists on the website, right under the picture of the item.

The product id is the number given to the item in the URL.  So Ulta's site follows this formula of having the url and then the very last part of the url is "productId=xlsImpprod" followed by an 8 digit number.  If you use that "productId" number you can get to the page of any item on ulta. 

It's not a search, but the direct url to the page. 

Click on any product, and then view the url in the address bar.  It will look like this: ulta's website (not using the actual domain because BT admins don't like that) /prep-prime-fix?productId=xlsImpprod15921204  Replace the 8 digit product id of the item you want to see with the id of the product you're looking for.

My very unofficial Ulta point multiplier to approximate percent discount chart:

(This is a number where I use the multiplier to divide by 2000 to see how many dollars I would have to spend in order to redeem a $125 reward.  E.g. 2000 points divided by 1 point multiplier means I have to spend $2000 to get the $125 reward.  Adding how much I had to spend ($2000) + the reward ($125), and then using the reward ($125) to divide the total purchase ($2125), I get a discount of approximately 6% based on the total purchase.  Note: the total purchase is based on the concept that you are spending just enough to reach the next $125 reward and combines the reward value with how much money you had to spend to get that reward.

I've gotten samples in two of the last three orders that I received.  Either they're coming back or they're clearing them out.  The last order I received only had one sample, though.  The plastic was torn, so it looks like one was removed.  Maybe it was expired or the person who packed the box really wanted it  (lol).

Super frustrated with Ulta. I emailed them again to ask why I haven’t gotten p emails since July and asked for a 20% coupon and they told me basically to go pound sand. Has anyone else that isn’t getting emails been able to ask customer service for a coupon and been successful? Not sure what else to do. I wish there was another store comparable to Ulta so I could give them my money...

Thank you all so much for your help, I did call them and sadly they weren't much help.... they told me I need to wait seven days before they'll give me a coupon or do anything else. Not sure what else to do. I didn't want to be mean to the lady in the phone since she's just telling me what she was told to.... I worked in customer service long enough to know how mean people can be, but still! 😪😫 ??? 🤔🤔 I think I give up. I just wish there was another store like Ulta. too bad I'm not rich or I would start one, lol!

@sarahshter Please see my comment below. I recommend emailing them and pointing out that you have called/emailed several times and would like it escalated. I think otherwise they each resent without realizing how many times you have had to ask. Good luck

@sarahshter  I had them give me a 20% coupon one time when calling, then another time they told me I didn't "qualify" for it, nor did they give me any more multipliers.

I recommend calling.  Sometimes, I've had to call several times to get things resolved.

I'm not seeing any mystery bags...they could be up and just not visible on the app (grrrr), but I'll keep an eye on the full site for them...it usually fully updates around 20-25min after 😁

Edit: still not seeing them, even after the full site update. Perhaps they'll be an afternoon or evening thing (or else they're hidden as affiliate links).

Ulta emails - How I finally started getting them again. 

Many of us have had issues it seems. I first corrected it by changing my email. This worked until Ulta somehow saw an email from months before and reset again. After that I emailed customer service and asked that they please escalate the issue since I’d been trying for months and they reset my email dozens of times. I got a response that their investigation found a typo in my email. Within 48 hours I started getting all of the coupons again.  I wanted to share this so hopefully the same may work for you.  Happy holiday shopping! 🛍 😁
