I would LOVE that!  We tried the Stila stuff in store (but they are getting rid of it so they didn't have much left) and it is beautiful!  I think you'd like it if you tried it, but I am the same way - I always want to sample first!

My lipstick was broken also. Not the first time I have purchased items that are missing (Gimme Some Nude Lip Kit missing one of them) and broken roller ball perfume. Where's the QA Sephora.

My entire order has been missing multiple times, no thanks to lasership :/. Also, I’ve gotten the same lipstick December and February

I feel ya! When I first saw, I thought, “oh please, not two more red lipsticks. I need another red 💄 like I need another mouth!” I’m really thinking of canceling.

I'm not trying to be negative here but here goes a little math to the girls complaining about the complainers: Let's say every box you aren't crazy about 2 products, either bc they are repeats, very similar to previous products or just not your thing. That's 24 products a year or almost 5 boxes!!! (throw an extra sample to make it 5). 5 boxes are $50 without taxes. It's like you got boxes from January to July and then keep paying w/o getting a box. Sure, you can give those unwanted products away but if you aren't upset you are gifting $50 each year bc Sephora can't really customize their boxes...I can give you my address and you can send me that $50 check 😉 (P.S. No worries, unless March is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. I'm cancelling)

I actually want the hair products, but not any kind of foundation, powder, spot covering, pimple covering, skin highlighter anything as i dont use it, but have been getting one every single time.
