Mine was broken, too!

My lipstick as well!! 😦 I opened it and it fell on my shag rug... none too thrilled. I see now many have complained about it. 🤔

My SEPHORA BRAND lipstick MINI was broken too, #1 it’s a Sephora brand lipstick that’s like $6 and #2 it was broken like wtf Sephora #3 like really the own company can’t even pull out the stop to give us a full size one like really. Super disappointed if I wanted something Sephora brand I would just but it myself

I really dig the Sephora Play boxes. I look forward to them every month, but recently I have been a little discouraged with the samples I am getting. I feel like I get the same types of samples(red lipsticks, nude lipsticks and floral perfume, I hate floral perfume) close together. I have to say that hair samples are USELESS for me because my hair is very long and very thick. The little sample sizes do nothing for me as far as product testing. I plan to stick with it in hopes of seeing some improvement because it is very cost friendly and punctual.

I too have very long thick hair. I agree those samples are of no use. There’s simply not enough product.

You call THAT a festival? I call it 2 minutes in a dumpster after a rave. Verb Ghost Oil was in my very first Play box last year, and it was the worst! My hair, which is naturally curly, baby fine and a PITA to maintain, looked like my hair was used for an oil change. I use it to fix squeaky doors. DO NOT WANT KTHXBAI.

Thank you. I'm glad you got a giggle from my post. Believe me, I've comeup with many creative ways with repeats, products not even related to my profile, etc. I donate most to a women's shelter. But, I have used some for: instant mascara wand darts, hair oil diffuser, spackle on a wall to fill in thumbtack marks and so on...

Can someone please enlighten me as to what "festivals" happen in March? 

Festival season, for music anyway, is in the summer. I live in Michigan and in March it's still very cold. 

The last thing from my mind is "festival" - it's actually more like, "how much longer can winter go on?"

Well, I’m in Louisiana, and Mardi Gras season is over. So I was thinking the same thing. I have no idea what festivals they are referring to.

Since I usually get my box in the end of the month, I am thinking they are referring to April festivals, which includes Coachella.

SXSW in Austin starts March 9th followed by Cochella in April...Soooo....might be cold in MI but it's festival season in Texas and California

I hope I get the IGK mistress hydrating balm because I have already gotten the verb ghost oil before and I do not want the same thing again. I think when everyone gets should be better tracked because last month I got the sephora nude gloss and I had already gotten that exact same product a couple months before. Not a fan of repeat products!!
