Don't want anymore hair styling products. Hydrating hair masks are ok to have though. Tried of getting this hair products and black eyeliners.

If you dont like the products, use the bag and gift it to a homeless woman. Or stock up and bring to the women's shelter. At least you know that you have empowered just one woman with enough confidence to become independent

How Nice.....Enough about not liking all the products......So Sick Of the Babies complaining....Don’t like it.....cancel your subscription and let someone else enjoy it.....Move On and Get a Life....This is the real World People.....They can’t please everyone all the time...smh......

I LOVE my PLAY boxes every month! I don’t expect to use every single thing, every time. It would be an absolute impossibility to please everyone with every box!  I love getting to try out new skincare products, especially ones that are expensive to buy, so I can see if it works for me, before I buy it!

How do you know your box number before you get it? All I see is my order number.

If you log in through a browser, NOT the app, and go to your Account > Recent Orders > View Order Details for your Play! box (it was dated 3/4 for me), you can see the “item number” next to the image. The last 3 numbers of the item number is your box number. Make sure you’re looking at the ITEM number. 😉

Ugh! I hate getting hair products! It's always something hydrating and moisturizing and that's definitely not what my hair needs. I won't be able to use any of those three products. I guess I'm just going to have four products this box 😔😠

Hair products again??!!! I’m unsubscribing! I’ve had Sephora play for only 3 months now and all I’ve gotten was a lot of hair products. Hardly any makeup. Disappointing!
