Hello, @Clemsongurl! 

If you log in through a browser, NOT the app, and go to your Account > Recent Orders > View Order Details for your Play! box (it was dated 3/4 for me), you can see the “item number” next to the image. The last 3 numbers of the item number is your box number. Make sure you’re looking at the ITEM number. 😉

Glad Im not the only one whose lipstick was broken. This is ridiculous. They need to see these comments, and do something special in the April box to make up for it. I was already considering canceling my subscription, becausr the last few boxes i got were lack luster. Now, not only does the box suck, but the products are coming broken, in mass numbers? Not ok.

I agree. Since reading about the lipstick being broken, when I got my box I tipped over the lipstick and it fell out. They need to start being better. This box is at the bottom of my subs.

mine was broken as well! they said they couldn't replace it but they gave me a $5 credit and 50 extra points.... if this month's box isn't up to par. I'm cancelling.

They lost my box in transit so I never got anything, but they did give a refund. Disappointing.

Both my February lipstick and lip pencil were not broken or loose. I guess I was the exception from reading the other posts. I’ve been getting this box since the 1st one was released and have only had a few items come messed up. 😃✨

Mine were fine, too. I wasn't in love with the colors but the quality was good and I enjoyed getting a chance to try the formulas.

Mine was intact- I have never gotten a broken item- I am glad because that would be very disappointing!!

Mine came broken and I was MISSING one
