 I did contact Sephora for replacement as soon as it popped out of the container and ALL OVER MY RUG.  There's solace in the fact that I was not alone in my experience. There's concern as it was Sephora's own line that fell apart on us all. I only saw we were all in the same boat TODAY.  Quality control had one job.......

But what about the broken lipstick last month? We shouldn't have to request something like this.... when everyone is posting the same thing.... everyone... replacements /credits should be done automatically. And RED! Seriously! That's a hard enough color for people to pick in person!

At least you got your lipsticks...i did not receive either one of mine...disappointing. Left out of my box altogether. Called to let them know..no replacements...100 beauty points...ehh. I belonged to Birchbox before doing play and stopped it because of all the duplicates..

And I thought it was just me! Actually I haven't opened any of my things last month because I was away on a business trip, but the NARS lipstick from my January box was broken out of the box.

one of my lipsticks from last month was broken as well. Also the perfume was empty. how do report it to get a replacement.Just joined in January so unsure.

My lipstick was not only broken but both my lipsticks were the same color.  February was my 1st box so I didn't judge much but after reading all these reviews that basically have the same complaint,  nothing but reds & lots of hair products I have to say my future with Sephora Play may be very short.

It sounds like most PLAY subscribers had broken lipsticks from their last box. Mine was as well. Is Sephora doing anything to rectify that problem?

Not a huge fan of receiving hair care stuff in any beauty box.  Same with Sephora-branded products 😞  Hoping April's box is better...
