Hey beautiful peeps! I love the Sephora Pro videos, and was psyched about the Sephora Collection Sephora Pro Custom Face Chart by Sephora Pro Artist! Could anyone that was able to redeem before they ran out please share info about it?
I heard that they send you a paper with a number to set up a phone appointment or something like that and that after that it takes about 5-6 weeks to receive but I have not heard any update from anyone who ordered it.
I can post when I receive. It'd be cool if they sent the products used on the face chart, but the description just says custom face chart.
Did anyone else get their letter for the bike redemption? I called the reward concierge to redeem it but they said they had not received any information about the reward. 😞 Really disappointing.

@asphan06 Sorry, I was at work all day and just got home and saw your tag. I got the same email saying my bike will be delivered tomorrow and my perfume on the 11th. Did you check your spam box?
@asphan06 @gonerogue I received an email about a week ago saying my reward was processed and that I should expect to receive the bike by Sept 8 and the perfume during the week of the 11th, due do the customization!! I haven't received anything yet, but I'm thinking it should arrive soon enough. Any updates on your side?
I didn't get the bike either. I called them and they said they don't know if it was shipped out not. They said to wait till Tuesday to call back to get it escalated. 😞
I got the same email but not a shipping confirmation one. I hope we get it by tomorrow!
@asphan06 @gonerogue I just received an email from UPS with a tracking number for the bike! Mine is scheduled to arrive by Wednesday.

@asphan06 @gonerogueJust as an update, I got curious and called Sephora about any updates on the bike reward. They have no updates for us now, and the rep said Wildfox will most likely be shipping directly to us when it does happen!
Thanks for the update! I agree, I'd rather just get the bike vs the perfume LOL.
@nayah Thanks for the update! I received two emails from two different reps regarding the engraving on the bottle so initially I was worried that they weren't communicating properly and my engraving wouldn't happen but at this point I really don't care about the perfume. I just hope my bike comes assembled so I don't have to lug a giant box to the closest bike shop!
@heartsmyface True! It will be in our hands soon! 🙂 I was hoping to get the bike before it gets cold. You just never know with MN, we could have a blizzard in Oct! (god I hope not)
I did get an email today from Sephora asking for my address and engraving (for the perfume). 🙂 I do hope they don't send the bike and perfume at the same time. Looking at previous people's experiences with engraving, that could take MONTHS!
I wouldn't worry;) You talked to a concierge who is just looking at a computer screen. Chances are good that your bike is being shipped from elsewhere and it's not in the Sephora system. The waiting part sucks but it's oh so worth it when your reward arrives:) I'm so looking forward to seeing these bikes! What an awesome perk! @asphan06
