It seems like a trend. I've seen s few broken cups from the origins gift. Maybe there should be a thread for broken rewards items.

I got my Hourglass reward already! That was lightening fast. It said it shipped at 3 pm yesterday and here she is already!! I am in loooove with it. Thank you so much Sephora!!!

@veronika23 thank you!! I think it's an amazing reward. Definitely my favorite that I've redeemed for. 🎉🎉🎉 only problem is now I can see why $80 is justifiable for it and I want alllllll the Hourglass. 😂

This is such a good reward!!! I also redeemed this reward but it got stolen 😭😭😭😭 The package was delivered by Lasership and they just delivered it in front of my door and I live in an apartment. Anyone have problem with lasership too? Anyone willing to trade or sell to me? My girl friend redeemed it too but I'm not sure if she is willing to trade with me.

Omg, this sucks.... Sephora needs to stop using Lasership! I'm lucky my friend Was willing to trade her reward with my other reward. I have talked to CS and they said don't use flash shipping and use USPS priority instead.....

I called Sephora and told them if they use lasership again I will discontinue purchasing from them online and they promised me they put a note on my account. I always have my Sephora packages shipped to my office because they tend to get stollen when left outside my house and lasership listed the delivery to a BUSINESS as "left outside." Meaning they either never actually delivered it or are just really really stupid.
