Did anyone get the bike perk from last month? I just redeemed the one from yesterday and I am curious how the process was or what bike was sent to you as they have two versions and photos on the perk reflected each bike. Also would love to see pics if anyone has the bottle and bike in hand.

I think you're right about the 90% assembled part. I've never owned a bike so I redeemed this reward to teach myself how to ride a bike so I'm not sure how the assembly goes. I hired an expert just so he can put it together and "tune it up" before I use it. As far as the redemption process, it's fairly easy. You will have to call the number on the card they send you to set up the shipping location details and they will email you to ask you about the engraving. The only issue I ran into was that they emailed me twice asking me for my characters for the engraving and I was worried that they misplaced my first email but they said everything was good and I am still waiting on that perfume perk. I am excited for you as well as this reward was fairly limited! I don't think you need to worry about anything; just be sure to call the number on the card they send you and you will be set. Congrats on snagging it!! 🙂

@kateye7 I got my bike early this week but I have not sent it to get assembled yet. They will send you a box with the instructions to call the reward hotline to give the shipping info. Then you will receive an email asking you to choose the characters you want engraved on your perfume bottle. I will attach a pic of the giant box with the bike inside. I haven't received the perfume yet but I think it should be arriving in the next week or two. Once my bike guy has assembled my bike, I will post a pic on here for everyone who is curious about it. PM me if you have any more specific questions 🙂

I was looking forward to this Hourglass palette because last year, I kept on going back but couldn't bring myself to buy it, so I was so excited to see it in the rewards! I saw the other 2 hourglass palettes for the holiday season but IMO the 2016 one had shades that better suited my skin tone. Ugh so sad I missed out!
I actually got one of the Hourglass ones and it saaays it shipped already. I didn't think I had a shot as I was at the doctors for jacking up my ankle but whooo hoooo. The odds were in my favor this once. I'm sorry to everyone who missed out on it. I didn't do anything special with it either. Just logged on the app right at 12. I already had product in my basket and skipped putting a promo in or samples though so maybe that helped?
How can 800 hourglass palette be sold out in 3 mins , I'm so frustrated with the rewards system , when u have it in your cart it just disappeared no matter how fast you click on the check out button , I've been waiting since 1130 refreshing , why is it that when the product is in your cart it still disappeared.
I don't know how many they have for Canadians but I had it in my cart and when I tried to check out, it went out of stock😢😢😢. It wasn't even one minute. Ughhhh so frustrating!!
Hi @Mochapj i was trying for US since i will gi visit relatives this year or Jan i was planning to ship to US , its unexplainable how 800 can disappear within that 3 mins , they started to drop 11:58 et my phone watch and i have added checkout and its gone , tried it again and checkout and its gone again ,this happened 3 times , i thought there was a glitch , i was almost crying out of frustration, until it wss OOS , something is wrong in the system and i hope that they will fix it. I have the 2 phones - app, mobile browser and PC open waiting for this reward to drop 😩
I just wish Sephora would listen to us they have to update their rewards system , once someone put a reward on the cart that they will be able to atleast checkout , max 3-5 mins and then the reward goes back to inventory if its not check out, right now its not even a minute, i add to cart, checkout and its gone , its so frustrating, pls fix it Sephora 😫
I agree @mztm that's a lot of palettes to sell out so quickly. What were you using? The app, mobile, or full site? The mobile site seemed to work fine during checkout.
On the bright side, whatever holiday palette hourglass comes out with this year will eventually be in the rewards bazaar
