incorrect sample item

Hi,

I just received my order. Instead of the drunk elephant sample, I received a perfume sample I did not select and is not in my order list. Please let me know if this can be fixed! Thank you for all your help in advance

This seems to happen frequently. Especially with higher value samples.

@person123456 I have removed your order number from your post as we do not allow that information shared publicly. I'm sorry to hear that one of your samples was substituted. We do have to make substitutions if the samples you select are unavailable in the distribution center that is processing your order. I apologize for the disappointment and will share this feedback with the appropriate department.
