Didn't receive Points Bazaar items or samples

Hi, I ordered 2 items from the points bazaar (as well as selected samples) and all that was in my package was the perfume. I'm disappointed that the last couple times I've ordered, the items I bought with points haven't arrived. What's the point in trying to earn points if the rewards never show up?

😟😟 I hate when that happens my Mother’s Day order didn’t have the extras either. It always seems to be the good packs too
