Incorrect item

I purchased Sephora Favorites Perfect Pout Lip Set and it was advertised to come with a YSL lip oil but it instead came with a YSL lipstick. I am upset about this because I do not wear lipstick, and I did not want to buy something that I will not wear. Why does the package say lip oil but I didn't receive one? Can I still get one?
