Incorrect items delivered

I've been lied to multiple times. Cs agents are not helpful and do not care that the items delivered are not what was ordered. I've recorded all phone calls as proof of cs agents lying and being deceptive.  

 

The order I received is not products I ordered. This is NOT my 1st issue with sephora.  In February I had to get comenity bank to get my money back because sephora never sent my refund on an ordered I returned. Since I did that, a reship of my order was declined which is unfair practices because it was due to sephoras clerical error and no fault of my own. I have returned 2 orders in full and because of that I'm being penalized for sephoras mistakes. 

 

You can't just ship out products not ordered then fail to rectify it with the correct items. This IS BAD BUSINESS PERIOD.  The customer service is absolutely the worst I've experienced thus far. 

 

I've spoke with 3 escalations rep all stating different things. They all have lied to me. They have been deceptive and one even foing again the federal trade commission rules and regulations. I have all of the phone calls recorded to prove what I say. 

 

 

How can I get in vontact with corporate/headquarters to let them know of what's going on? They should know.

 

I feel cooperate/headquarters should be advised since all the reps I spoke with cannot do their job properly and need to be held accountable for what they tell Customers, how they handle customers and issues. 

 

How can you send the wrong product out, a week later it's still not resolved with the customer out money for products she did not receive? 

 

I do not want a refund. It had been paid for and your refund process is a joke. It took over 2 months to get a refund, and I only got the refund due to the bank going after sephora.  I want what I paid for. Point blank.
