help with online order!

Yesterday I had tried placing an order online. I used a $30 gift card and put the remaining balance on my debit card which was for $41.26. When I went to finalize my order I received an error message and the app crashed. I logged back on and it appeared my order was not received as I did not have any pending orders and also did not received the points for the purchase. I also did not get a confirmation email. However both my debit card and gift card were charged. How can I get this fixed? I would like the items I purchased as well as the points I earned as I will now be a VIB member. I emailed customer service but received an automatic response and I don't have time to sit on the phone trying to get this corrected. Please help!
