What does “This item is not available for other fulfilment Options” mean when placing an order online

I have the same problem here, got this message "This item is not available for other fulfillment options."

@MahsaAhmadi93 Typically we see this message when an item or sample is only available for online shipping, not same day delivery or BOPIS.

I think I changed my settings? It was not super clear in regards to allowing messages just notifications. I tired to DM you but go an error "wrong page" message and when I tried to load the photos its says they are too large of files (this is on the browser). My screen shot on my phone doesn't display the same problem.

It may be easier to email?

@Nickalina It does not look like you have enabled private messages. You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) on a desktop or mobile web browser, not the app.
