Same here 😞 I placed an order on Nov 5 and it's showing as "processed"
today on Nov 10th. Ordered stuff for a trip next week and now am worried
it won't arrive in time seeing as how it hasn't even shipped yet. Really
disappointed.

When you go to checkout there will be a place for a promotion code at
the bottom of the page. Type "BAGOFCHEER" and hit apply, you will then
be able to select 1 of 3 bags they are offering. Hope this helps!

Can a return disqualify me from rouge?
I made an order on 11/3/2017 which qualified me for rouge until
12/31/2018, however, two of the items came broken so I have to go and
return them. Will the return disqualify me from rouge? I just wanted to
