Rouge code error?

Hi all! Is anyone else's 20FORROUGE code giving them a "You must be logged into a Rouge account to use this promotion" error, when you are, in fact, logged into your Rouge account? I was hoping to place another order today with some things I forgot to pick up last week, but it's giving me a bit of trouble.
