Order is delayed

I have placed an order on Nov 5, and it is still showing in progress. Also emailed the rouge line and have not gotten a response yet. It is also past the 2-3 day delay from ordering. When should I expect a response to my inquiry and when can I expect the shipping to be updated?

I sincerely apologize about the delays we're currently experiencing! Due to the high volume of orders during our Holiday Bonus promotion, we are currently experiencing order delays on all of our orders. Thank you for responding! It might be more helpful to manage expectations on the future VIB sales to put a 2-week disclaimer on processing/shipping so that if something is needed urgently, people just buy in-store with the sale rather than relying on shipping. Have been VIB / VIB Rouge for years and I know it usually takes a bit longer during these sales but I've never seen this type of delay. Don't mind the shipping taking long: but this has been much longer than the 2-3 business day delay that was indicated at time of order so would have been nice to have had a heads up. I will be patient with my order and know better for future sales to buy in store / or to plan for longer wait if buying online. Again, thanks and sincerely appreciate you replying 🙂

Same here 😞 I placed an order on Nov 5 and it's showing as "processed" today on Nov 10th. Ordered stuff for a trip next week and now am worried it won't arrive in time seeing as how it hasn't even shipped yet. Really disappointed.

My order was placed on the 3rd and the money was pending on my card and then it looked like it was refunded. I've reached out and haven't heard anything back but it says processing when I look the order up. Don't understand the delay. It originally said 3-5 day delay. It's the 10th so we're beyond that point. Very disappointed.
