Order hasn’t shipped after a week

I placed an order on Nov 4. It’s been confirmed and my credit card was charged. 5 days/4 business days later, no shipment email. My friends who ordered a day before already got their packages. I called customer service TWICE. The first time they said they placed a request to rush the shipment and it’ll be shipped within 24 hours. 24 hours later, nothing. Called again and this time, they don’t even see the rush request and told me to wait. Waiting hasn’t really been working out. How can I cancel my order?

I'm so sorry about the delays we're currently experiencing. Due to the high volume of orders during our Holiday Bonus promotion, we are currently experiencing order delays on all of our orders. Mine just shipped this morning! I would try calling customer service just in case. Hope you get your order soon!
