UK customer not be able to apply discount code

Does uk customers enjoy 20forrouge? Got up at 6 for this but it's not working. The page says must be logged in as a rouge member but I am a rouge member.

I'm very sorry that the 2017 Holiday Bonus promotion only applies to clients located in the U.S. and Canada.

Laurie I’m a US resident and logged into my account (here is California) and get the same error? Is there a systemwide issue?

It looks like you are excluded from the sale which sounds distasteful tome, you’re still a loyal Sephora customer. It’s frustrating that so many US-based companies exclude international shoppers from their sales and promos. *it does say the code is for online purchases. I would call Sephora and inquire

I don't think international customers are eligible for the discount, unfortunately. 😞
