Help please!
I placed an order on November 6th. Today when I checked the status it
says unsuccessful authorization and all the items have been canceled.
Not sure why it says that when I have used two gift cards to cover the
cost. Any help would be appreciated!

offering the option to buy online and pick up in store in your local
Sephora. We hope to bring this option to all Sephoras someday soon.

I’m not happy at all because I always get samples I didn’t ask for ! Why
is that ? And this is not the first or second time happened to me ! You

Hi @nugentleah! A JCPenney gift card can be used in store at a Sephora
in JCPenney or online via the JCPenney site where you can shop its
Sephora online inventory. A JCPenney gift card cannot be used in a
standalone Sephora or Sephora online.
