Umm.. Where are my packages?

So, I placed a couple of orders last week during the first weekend of the VIB Rouge Holiday event. While checking out my cart, it said that we can expect a shipping delay due to heavy volume, but FLASH shipping will not be affected. But now I am wondering where my packages are after a week since I bought them. It's been so long since then that even my Credit card has removed the purchase from pending transactions because it never got finalized! If FLASH shipping is added as a benefit to Rouge members, I hoped that it won't be affected by the sale. But it's been almost a week - well beyond the 2-3 days that was said, although it is unreasonable for us to wait that long - and I haven't received the shipping notification and it is a little frustrating to know.

I don't think we spend $1000+ a year to wait 2 weeks to receive our items. If Sephora isn't kind enough to actually provide a benefit to Rouge members over other forms of memberships during the sales, I think it is fair to expect that at least the shipping will be taken care of with priority for Rouge members with FLASH shipping. I am extremely disappointed with the delays and would want Sephora to work on this issue ASAP for this and subsequent sale events. Sephora is a big company and if I understand correctly, does have resources to expedite processing for shoppers with the highest tier of membership.

The 20% off sale said that the shipping could be slow due to high demand!

As rouge members, we have flash 2 day shipping and it specifically states that flash shipping will not be affected.

My first order that I placed during the sale shipped really quickly, but then the next one that I placed on the 6th did not ship until yesterday (the 11th). It won't arrive until the 14th.

 

I sent customer service an email on Friday, but did not get any reply from them, and I just followed up with another email requesting a store credit or partial refund due to the shipping delay. I am frustrated because this particular order that I placed was for something I actually needed ASAP because I am out. Hopefully, they will make it right.

My order from the 6th is still 'in progress' too. I'm a little concerned bc one of the things I ordered is now out of stock. I hope I'll actually still get my order. 

 

I guess they're slammed with orders, but I do agree it's kind of a bummer that they said flash shipping wouldn't be affected and it was. I also think it's weird bc in previous years it hasn't been this bad imo.
