wrong samples again!

I’m not happy at all because I always get samples I didn’t ask for ! Why is that ? And this is not the first or second time happened to me ! You always send me samples I didn’t chose when i ordered even though I’m a rouge member!!!

I'm so sorry to hear this. Our website does call out that substitutions will be made for out-of-stock samples and we apologize that the samples you picked were very popular, and sold out faster than expected.
