Missing item

When I receive my package, they divided my shipment to two box. And I missed one item. What should I do? I bought that foundation for my sister's birthday and just found out I didn't receive it in the box.

It happened to me once. I realized that the item was missing months later 😯, because my order was big and the item was tiny. I called Sephora, explained the situation and the refunded me right away. I am not sure whether it matters or not but the item was only $8 where I spend hundreds in Sephora. So nobody could really suspect a fraud.
