VIB Status not Reflected on Online Account

Hi!
 
Last November, I was upgraded to VIB status in-store and received a new card. However, the points for that purchase, and the updated status, are not currently reflected in my online account. On that occasion, a salesperson told me that I had two accounts: a Beauty Insider one and a VIB one, each with different card numbers.
 
Please, could you help me join these two accounts so I can see the points from both, and my VIB status, when I sign-in online? Let me know what information you need to do this. Thanks in advance!
