VIB Items Sold Out- Clarisonic Mia

Hopped online right at midnight. Place my order. ALL the items in my card but TWO ; Clarisonic Mia 2 and Buxom lip gloss have not shipped. And website says they are now sold out. On my order status is says mine are still processing...does this mean that I won't be getting these? I don't understand that these two items sold out a few hours after I purchased them but mine are still processing? Are other customers getting theirs before me and now why are mine are " processing" Are they actual sold out and I'm going to be out of luck?  The Clarisonic I bought doesn't even come up on the website anymore when I select it.

As people continue to purchase the item the inventory will deplete. If you were able to checkout, you should be OK. Why is it confusing that your order is still processing? That just means they haven't gotten around to shipping and packing your order yet.

It depends. I had ordered 8 items last Friday with my rouge discount and 7 shipped but one item showed as in progress. Called Sephora Wednesday and they told me it will ship sometime Thursday. Got a message this morning that my item was cancelled as being out of stock 😞

If you ordered them and they are on your list as ordered, you should get them. I had the same happen last weekend. I ordered the L’Occitane advent calendar and it later sold out. So it showed on my “in process” list as ordered, with the sold out gray button. I did receive it and it was still marked as sold out when they fulfilled the order. HTH
