UNSUCESSFUL AUTHORIZATION
Hi I purchased my order and it now shows Unsuccessful authorization - I
am from Australia, purchased of the US website and paid via PayPal.
Money has been taken out. I am also a VIB rouge member. What does this

Australia, shipped on USA website and sent it to a USA address. Paid

I got an email that the November Play box was charged to my account
twice but that they would fix it right away. Could be the same thing
happening to you? Do you receive Play! boxes? no matter what they'll fix
the error.

I’ve been having this problem too. I use the last update of the app on
my iPhone. The only way I can read full posts is by using the desktop
version of the Sephora website, but then I’d miss out on app exclusives.

promotion code sent via email and are only available to VIB and Rouge
clients! They are not the same as the promotion codes avail...

@bakeamuffin there is no specific gwp code for VIB, only Rouge. When
email send out saying code valid for BI, they were meant for all BI
memebers.

That makes sense! I just don’t understand why in the rewards chart it
says VIB members get monthly gifts. Are the Rouge Gift Codes emailed on
