I was chatting because one of the items in my October box was opened and
spilled out during shipment. How do i go about getting a replacement? It

You should always expect delays around the VIB sale.There is a
disclaimer during checkout that says there are delays due to high order
volume. Some of us with flash shipping have been waiting days for...

My order has been pending for over 5 days, the site says up to 3 days
delay. Haven't gotten a reply frokm Customer Service. Not ordering from
Sephora anymore Macy's is so much better about customer service and
shipping.

@Anonymous because of the rouge presale orders are delayed. There is a
warning on the cart page to expect 3-4 business day processing delays
over the normal processing time. Flash 2 day and 3 day ship...
