Pending

I ordered some make-ups on 7 November and 10 November. I want to ask why they are still pending and what time they can be shipped.

If you open the basket tab, then you will be able to see written in red, "Due to high volume, your order might experience up to 7 business days delay. 2 Day, 1 Day and Flash Shipping will not be affected."  This means that it can take up to 7 days to have your order go from Pending to Shipped.  This doesn't even include whatever shipping option you have, which will be additional days tacked onto the 7 day delay.  Sephora had this posted prior to the 20% off event.
