Order Pending

Hi, my order has been pending for 6 days now. I ordered on the 4th, it's the 10th now. I'm leaving the country on the 14th, I've never had my order pending for so long before. When is my order going to get shipped??

If you open the basket tab, then you will be able to see written in red, "Due to high volume, your order might experience up to 7 business days delay. 2 Day, 1 Day and Flash Shipping will not be affected."  This means that it can take up to 7 days to have your order go from Pending to Shipped.  This doesn't even include whatever shipping option you have, which will be additional days tacked onto the 7 day delay.  Sephora had this posted prior to the 20% off event.
