I placed an order this past Monday (Nov 6). It is now Friday (Nov 10) and my order still has not shipped!! Is this normal?

@gracetrom If you open the basket tab, then you will be able to see written in red, "Due to high volume, your order might experience up to 7 business days delay. 2 Day, 1 Day and Flash Shipping will not be affected."  This means that it can take up to 7 days to have your order go from Pending to Shipped.  This doesn't even include whatever shipping option you have, which will be additional days tacked onto the 7 day delay.  Sephora had this posted prior to the 20% off event.
