Sephora order pending 5 days??

My Sephora order has been pending for 5 days and i haven't received any updates. where is my package that I paid good $$for ???

@Anonymous @Laceyku @dianlee    If you open the basket tab, then you will be able to see written in red, "Due to high volume, your order might experience up to 7 business days delay. 2 Day, 1 Day and Flash Shipping will not be affected."  This means that it can take up to 7 days to have your order go from Pending to Shipped.  This doesn't even include whatever shipping option you have, which will be additional days tacked onto the 7 day delay.  Sephora had this posted prior to the 20% off event.

@Anonymous because of the rouge presale orders are delayed. There is a warning on the cart page to expect 3-4 business day processing delays over the normal processing time. Flash 2 day and 3 day shipping apply from the date of shipment not the date of purchase in accordance with the flash shipping faqs . 😕
