Order hasn't shipped?

I placed two orders and already got one of them last week. It says the facility received my second order but they just never ship it.... Is my package lost? Please help me.

@Anonymous @tdrane79 @mmmiu @Anonymous @lidovicky @Ettapiee      If you open the basket tab, then you will be able to see written in red, "Due to high volume, your order might experience up to 7 business days delay. 2 Day, 1 Day and Flash Shipping will not be affected."  This means that it can take up to 7 days to have your order go from Pending to Shipped.  This doesn't even include whatever shipping option you have, which will be additional days tacked onto the 7 day delay.  Sephora had this posted prior to the 20% off event.

i'm actually starting to worry about my online orders too.. i ordered multiple times on Nov 5 and 6 and it's still pending.. eeeek!

I placed an order on the 4th and it's still processing. I'm getting agitated and it's not like I can just go buy the items I ordered because my local store is never stocked.

I am having the same issue with Sephora. Went to 3 stores and the items weren't in stock so I decided to order online. BIG surprise that ordering online is not better. I could've ordered directly with the vendor and received my items by now instead of ordering through Sephora.

Yes, and the stores were in different states! I called them and I was told that they have a delay in orders because of so many orders. It's been a week and my order still say in process. This is ridiculous.

3 stores? Geez. I have no idea what's going on with Sephora but they need to sort themselves out. I've seen so many people wondering where their orders are and dealing with bad customer service and empty stores lately. It's like they don't realize that having a 15% off sale is going to make up for them failing at most everything they're doing

Same here. This is unacceptable,  the 15% off sale starts tomorrow and they'll be slammed even more, which just means slower shipping for all of us.
