Order still pending ?

I placed my order this morning around 6:30am it’s been more then 12 hours. Why is it still pending, when will it be shipped ?

@taysmart @sdailey80 @trojanchick99 @Anonymous @mrsangie   If you open the basket tab, then you will be able to see written in red, "Due to high volume, your order might experience up to 7 business days delay. 2 Day, 1 Day and Flash Shipping will not be affected."  This means that it can take up to 7 days to have your order go from Pending to Shipped.  This doesn't even include whatever shipping option you have, which will be additional days tacked onto the 7 day delay.  Sephora had this posted prior to the 20% off event.

Hope this helps.  It is very frustrating, but we're all in the same boat.

I was chatting because one of the items in my October box was opened and spilled out during shipment. How do i go about getting a replacement? It was the Tarte finishing spray from my October box.

I ordered on Nov 3rd and it just shipped today. The volume is high, so there will be shipping delays.

The disclaimer is that is can take 2 to 3 days delay. I have orders pending since Nov 3 and now some of the items are out of stock. Just ridiculous... I totally understand a delay but cmon, bring in extra staff to fill the orders as you should expect and had planned for an increased demand with the sale. Just poor planning and execution on Sephora’s part.

You should always expect delays around the VIB sale.There is a disclaimer during checkout that says there are delays due to high order volume. Some of us with flash shipping have been waiting days for our orders to be processed even though the disclaimer says flash shipping isn't affected by the delays so obviously they are pretty backed up

I placed mine at 10:30 AM Central Time Friday and it’s still “In Progress” so I wouldn’t hold your breath.

My order has been pending since Saturday (November 4th) so i'm assuming sephora is backed up due to the vib rouge sale.

My order has been pending for over 5 days, the site says up to 3 days delay.  Haven't gotten a reply frokm Customer Service. Not ordering from Sephora anymore Macy's is so much better about customer service and shipping.
