You won’t get the Play box for November. Sephora bills and processes for
the monthly Play box at the beginning of the month but typically mails
it out in the middle of the month. Your first Play box should be in
December.

Given that Sephora placed a warning on the checkout pages that orders
would be delayed in terms of processing times, it’s not ridiculous.
Orders can take anywhere from 7 to 10 business days to ship due to the
high order volume from the sale.

You can return anything as long as 50% of the product has been left. As
well as it must’ve returned within 60 days. New policy sucks I know.
Package it back up and take your receipt.
