My package hasn't been shipped yet

 Okay so I order my stuff on November 12 and it still hasn't been shipped. It's already November 20 and still nothing has happened. It said it would take around 5 days to ship because of "high volume", but it's been 8 days. I'm actually really mad and disappointed because I tried calling Sephora and I waited for 30 mins and got no response.
