Order pending and taking 17 days to reach?
My order was placed on the 10th and it was shipped on the 17th or 18th.
Now shipping status shows it will reach destination on the 27th..its
ridiculous enough that Sephora's website is a mess...now cu...

does anyone know how backed up the orders are? I order on the 11/10 and

Sephora website in miniature
When I try to shop on Sephora, my webpage is in miniature. It is not
when I am on the forum right now, but it is when I try to shop or do
anything else. What is wrong with it? I have tried deleting search
history and everything.

I ordered some products on 11.12 and the status is still “in progress”..

Hi @Anonymous, PLAY! by SEPHORA boxes typically will arrive within a
three to five business day time frame around the 20th of every month.
Please keep in mind this is aside from weekends and holidays....

Hi, I ordered 10/15 and my order is still "in progress," and hasn't
shipped yet, these items were for a gift and I needed them to arrive

Missing Item
One major item (SK-II Pitera Essence Set) was missing in my first ever
order with sephora and all free samples were wrong. It was very

Contact them as soon as you can and let them know. I’ve had this happen
a couple of years consecutively during the sale. Each time it was a
large bottle of perfume missing. They sent it quickly and no fuss was
made. HTH and you get your item soon.

I looked everywhere in my box and there was no flyer, or point card. I
overlooked the fact that I got sent the wrong box. Figured no biggie.
