I've had a beauty insider card for years now but always shop in the store. I created an account online yesterday and I'm wondering how I can link my card so it reflects the points I've already earned.

I was hoping my original request to have my accounts linked could be taken care of. I replied to the email that was sent to me (twice) and nothing has happened with it.

You just log in and enter your account number from your card

I had to call the Sephora number and have them combine accounts.
