You need to with go pick it up at a store, or get it shipped to you with
an online order- I don’t think the play subscription delivery counts as
a shipment.

The monthly gifts just refer to special gift with purchase promotion
codes that are more valuable than the usual ones. If you are subscribed
you’ll get emails when they are offered

You won’t get the Play box for November. Sephora bills and processes for
the monthly Play box at the beginning of the month but typically mails
it out in the middle of the month. Your first Play box should be in
December.
